Ceremony Coordinator

Wedding Planner

When you choose to have us assist you in coordinating your ceremony you will have unlimited contact via email to our team two months prior to your wedding day.  You will also receive a welcome kit with planning templates and checklists and a detailed ceremony itinerary.  On your wedding day we will manage the flow and timing of the ceremony as well as oversee set-up and ensure all vendor committments are fulfilled.
With a day-of coordinator you will receive all the same attention as a ceremony coordinator and whole lot more.  Your event specialist will manage and oversee the entire day from set-up to clean up as well as a detailed rehearsal.  This includes gathering and coordinating all vendor arrangements, distributing bouquets and flowers and handling the marriage certificate and wedding rings.
As your wedding planner we will work closely with you to design and bring to life the overall concept of your vision.  We will assist you with developing your wedding budget, advise suggestions and recommendations for vendors and rentals, and arrange meetings and tastings.  We will also offer design ideas and assist in hotel accomodations for your guests.

Michelle, the owner of SMS Events has agreed to team up with Traditions to work with all things weddings. Her positive attitude and bright smile are the perfect addition to any wedding day! She’s detail oriented, efficient, and on top of her wedding coordinating game!

When she’s not working on planning your special day, Michelle takes part in planning charity events with the Orlando City Soccer Foundation, Tails and Tales Gala, and Central Florida Dreamplex to name a few. She also is a project manager for Florida Hospital and loves to travel as much as she can with her family and friends.
